Proverbs 19:14 begins with the words, "Houses and wealth are inherited from parents." This implies that parents are responsible for creating a strong and secure home for their family and leaving an inheritance for their children.

This means that parents must work hard to provide for their families and provide them with a home in which they can live comfortably and grow their wealth. But this task is the responsibility not only of parents but also of prudent women.

A prudent woman as a gift from the Lord

The second part of Proverbs 19:14 states that "a prudent wife is from the Lord." This means that a wise and discerning woman is a gift from God to the home. Parents can trust a prudent woman to care for their home and family.

A prudent woman is able to make wise decisions and understand what is best for her family. She thinks before she acts and cares for the well-being of everyone in her home. Her presence in the home is invaluable, as she not only takes care of everyday needs, but also strives to ensure that the home is a place of harmony and peace.
