Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires.

Spirit-centered mind

On the other hand, having a mind centered on the Spirit means striving for spiritual and eternal life. The Spirit represents the eternal, divine, and transcendent.

This type of thinking is focused on striving for holiness, justice, and fellowship with God. The mind centered on the Spirit is primarily concerned with the will of God and the welfare of others.
