Throughout history, God has kept His promises, revealed Himself in His Word, and carried out His plan of redemption through Christ. All of this is possible because of His unwavering and stable nature. It is because of this constancy that we can trust Him and His Word.

Implications in our lives

This verse has profound implications for our lives as believers. First, it challenges us to trust in God’s faithfulness. In a world full of uncertainty and constant change, we can be confident that God and His Word are unchanging. We can trust Him and base our lives on His promises.

Second, it challenges us to seek constancy in our relationship with God. If God is constant and unchanging, we should also strive to be that way in our relationship with Him. We should strive to have consistent faith and daily devotion to Him. We cannot allow our emotions or circumstances to dictate our relationship with God.
