1 Corinthians 3:16 reminds us that we are the temple of God and that His Spirit lives within us. As temples of God, we are to take care of our bodies and minds, avoiding all negative influences so that we can be in harmony with His Spirit.

We are to treat our bodies with the same respect as a temple, keeping them clean, healthy, and strong. If we take these tips into account, we will live in harmony with the will of God and His presence within us.
