Whoever walks among the wise will be wise

The first message of this Bible verse is the value of the company we choose. The author warns us that by associating with wise people, we ourselves will become wise. This happens because we rely on the knowledge and experience of those around us. A wise person can teach us many things about life, from how to make wise decisions to how to live harmoniously with others.

Thoughts on wisdom

What makes a person wise?

Whoever associates with fools will fail

The second message in this verse is the danger of associating with foolish people. The author tells us that by associating with them, we are doomed to a bad end. Why? Because foolish people often give little or no thought to the consequences of their actions.
