The teaching of this verse is simple but important: as humans, we should be generous and supportive of others.
Don’t refuse to do good
The commandment in Proverbs 3:27 calls us to take the initiative to help others and to do good at all times. We should be attentive to the needs of others and, if we have the opportunity, to help them without rejecting them.
Generosity and solidarity are not only Christian virtues, but also necessary conditions for harmonious coexistence and building a more just society.
