Then he said to them, “Whoever welcomes this little child in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me welcomes the one who sent me. For it is the one who is least among you all who is the greatest.”

The Gospel of Luke 9:48 speaks about the importance of accepting children in the name of Jesus. But what does it really mean? From Jesus' words, we can understand that accepting a child in His name means treating him with love and respect, taking care of him, and protecting him. Therefore, we must learn to appreciate and respect humility and simplicity in others, especially in the youngest and most vulnerable.
