Interpretation of the Bible / Matthew 21:21
Matthew 21:21 talks about the importance of having faith without doubt and how it can help us do great things. Jesus tells His disciples that if they have faith without doubt, they will be able to move mountains or wither a tree.
But what does it mean to have faith without doubt? One possible interpretation is that we can fully trust God and His divine power to help us overcome any obstacle that may come our way. If we have trusted Him, we should have no doubt that He will help us and guide us along our path.
However, in practice, this can seem difficult. Often we experience doubts or fears that prevent us from having strong and unwavering faith. But it is important to remember that faith is not something that is achieved overnight; it is a process that takes time and effort.
Faith and trust in God
Faith and trust in God are the fundamental pillars of our Christian life. As Proverbs 3:5-6 says, we must trust in the Lord with all our hearts and not lean on our own understanding. If we do this, He will direct our steps and lead us in the way we should go.
It may seem difficult to fully trust someone we cannot see or touch, but we must remember that God is always present in our lives and is ready to help and guide us when we need it. We must learn to trust Him so that He can work in us, transforming us and making us better.
Faith allows us to do great things
Faith also allows us to do incredible things. As Hebrews 11:1 says, faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. If we firmly believe in something, we can achieve it if we put in the effort and dedication to it.
But it is also important to remember that it is not our faith in ourselves that allows us to do great things, but our faith in God. It is He who gives us the strength and authority to do the impossible if we trust Him and are willing to follow His will.
