Interpretation of the Bible / Jeremiah 29:12
Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.
The Bible tells us about the relationship we can build with God through prayer. In Jeremiah 29:12, God calls His people to cry out to Him, to pray to Him, and He promises that He will hear them. Prayer is a form of direct communication with God through which we can express our desires, thanks, concerns, and shortcomings, and ask Him for help and protection.
The promise of an answer from God
The verse says that when we cry out to God in prayer, He hears us and answers us. It is important to note that this answer does not always come in the way we expect or desire, but rest assured that God will always answer. We may receive an answer through the Bible, through a loved one, a religious leader, or through our own thoughts, feelings, and dreams.
