Interpretation of the Bible / Mark 16:15

Mark 16:15 states that every believer in Christ has a responsibility to preach the gospel to others throughout the world. The mission of spreading the message of love and salvation must be fully accomplished; there will be no more excuses for ignoring this vital task.

This verse is found in the last chapters of Mark’s Gospel, in a section known as “The Great Commission.” Here Jesus addresses the disciples after His resurrection and commissions them to take the good news of the gospel to all the world. This commission was given not only to the disciples, but to all Christians in the world.
